Best solo 401k provider?

With Etrade, how do you deal with the issue of not being able to separate employee salary deferral and company profit sharing when depositing money into a solo 401k? Other brokers seem to handle this, but I’m having trouble finding an answer and I’m curious how others manage it.

I haven't had any tax problems with it, but I believe you can reach out to Etrade and ask them to reclassify the contributions as either employer or employee.
